冷笑話一枚～
話說上週五urology clerkship結束的小考
Dr. Chen檢討考卷到一半時突然說：
這題應該不用講解，
寫錯的人就是這週三早上沒來晨會的人！ Orz
接著他說：『這題寫錯的人舉手？』
（現場一片靜默....）
接著他說：寫對的人舉手！
只見12人裡有10人舉了手....剩下兩人裝死 >_<
這就是顯影劑效應 XD

müllerian duct--> central zone
Five Urogenital epithelial bulb--> others(peripheral. transitional zone)
Prostate Ca--> 2nd in foreigner, 7th in Taiwan....low fat diet

Chief complaint: Left angular mass for years
 
Present illness
This 26-year-old healthy lady noted a mass between left lateral at lateral orbital  rim and left ear. The mass is soft, painless with blur margin. This mass did not result in any significant visual disturbance nor neurological sign. She had ever visited our ophthalmologist and MRI survey in 2008 revealed a well-defined, encapsulated, heterogeneous cystic mass in T1 sequence and hypo-intensed mass in fat suppression sequence. The mass was about 3*2cm in size located lateral to left orbital rim next to temopralis muscle, suspecting lipoma or other benign lesion. She did not took advanced intervention till this month. For better aesthetic and healthy issue she was admitted for surgical intervention.
 

話說今天傍晚和K一起去買了永興街的龍媽滷味
打算邊看The Hurt Lucker邊填飽肚子
騎著我的老拉嘟到了攤子口
當時的情境是降子....

(我拿起籃子夾東夾西)
龍媽：嘿～好久不見了
我：喔，對啊。也還好啦～
龍媽：你大概半年沒來了吧！？
我：喔？我上禮拜才來過兩次當時你不在說....
這時龍爸轉頭過來看了我一眼
龍媽：哈～偷懶被你抓到。阿天氣這麼好，怎麼沒帶小孩出去玩？
我：.....（OS:你認錯人了吧 -.- ）...喔...恩....（裝作沒聽到繼續夾滷味）
龍媽：阿沒帶小孩去吃大餐今天吃滷味啊^^
我：......（你不要逼我戳你喔＠＠）....呵呵呵呵.......
------
後來龍媽看到K，大概知道他認錯人了，馬上閉嘴現場一片靜默....
(呼嚕呼嚕.....滷味在沸騰......呼嚕呼嚕.....)

龍媽：您的滷味好囉～請問要幾雙筷子？
我：兩雙（其實我想接著說：阿～我還有小孩誒～那多拿兩雙！XD）
龍媽：天氣這麼好怎麼不出去玩玩～（死撐）
我：喔～～有阿剛回來....呵呵呵呵....
龍媽：（僵硬的笑）這是您的滷味謝謝您囉～
我：恩....掰
我猜我們離開之後龍媽應該被龍爸虧翻了吧 XDDD

K年中就要去法國了
所以我們最近都在注意法國的資訊
衝著今天買書送松露巧克力的份上(ㄜ....還有簽名)
我們就買了一本:P
作者其實人還不錯，不過就是話冗了點＠＠
30~40分鐘可以分享的內容硬是拉到五十分鐘
讓我覺得很躁動....眼睛不時飄向附近的書 XD
唉....我果然是自然組的
言而總之～總而言之的兜話圈子讓我沒耐心 > <

今天起了一早就去嘗鮮
是個傳統了早餐店
有蠻多種類的
不過傳說中比肉蛋土司還好吃的夾肉土司我覺得其實是還好
份量比較大倒是沒錯
豆花是真的不錯喝
但薑汁下次可以在多加一些 :D
老闆娘人很好
充滿人情味
